Sweetbreads

3 sweetbreads (about 4 pounds)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper

Place sweetbreads on the heated grill.
Brush with olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cook until done, about 1 hour.
